That is very interesting. We are such a celebrity worshipping society it only makes sense that they would end up as living art. It is wonderful that so many celebrities will parody their own image or just seem to "get" that they are a part of our shared psyche, they are a symbol that everyone can relate to. I found an article not too long ago about the daughter of a dead rockstar who has become and artist. She used an alias for her work and does not want to become famous because of who her father was. I found it a little ironic because the only reason why I ( and I'm certain alot of other people) was interested in seeing her art was exactly because of who her father was.
